This year the Kölner Filmhaus will not be presenting the short film festival “Short Cuts Cologne” in the usual manner.
None the less, the Kölner Filmhaus is extremely keen to give both national and international filmmakers the opportunity to present their productions at two other film festivals.
The Kölner Filmhaus is currently looking for short film applications for the following festivals:
* Visions of China 2011 : 15.09.-21.09.2011
